The web-based commercial property exchange will aggregate data from the commercial practitioners in the Northeast Florida marketplace including Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Flagler, Hamilton, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Suwannee and Union Counties. All properties automatically upload to Catylist.com, providing additional national exposure for the Northeast Florida participants‘ properties.

Participation is open to all commercial real estate practitioners, and participants retain ownership of the data. The system, accessed through nefcie.com, enables participants to assemble — – in real time — – detailed property-marketing packages including:

  • More than 200 fields of information, tailored to each property type
  • Multiple photos with captions
  • Audio/video files and 360-degree tours
  • Site maps, blueprints, floor plans, site plans, plat maps, topo maps, and aerials
  • Password-protected documents
  • Suite availability and tenant profiles
  • Geo-coded street maps

Cost is $24 per month for NEFAR members and $29.95 per month for non-members.
