The Commercial Alliance of Realtors (CAR) is a division of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors which supports commercial real estate professionals in Northeast Florida. Anyone who is a member of a society, institute or council affiliated with the National Association of Realtors
may apply for membership as an Institute Affiliate or a Realtor member if appropriate qualifications apply.
